Intensive Out Patient Program , Available throughout the US, including NC
They serve ages 8 to 65.

Specialties include disordered eating, military, substance abuse, mental health, behavioral health, post maternal, and other demographics.

They have a range of sessions between 8am and 8pm so that groups do not interrupt school life or work life.

Groups are no larger than 6-8 people
-
People in groups are matched with age, lived experience, and therapeutic needs in mind

Safety and engagement are their top priorities
-
They are much less expensive than comparable IOP programs.

Their data shows large success rates of decline in self harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression.

Sessions are 3 hours a day, 3 days a week (remember #2)

Intake and 1 therapy session are free to see if location is a good fit
