Charlie's Health

  • Free Support Groups on a variety of topics and serving multiple demographics.

Charlie's Health

Intensive Out Patient Program , Available throughout the US, including NC

They serve ages 8 to 65. 

  • Specialties include disordered eating, military, substance abuse, mental health, behavioral health, post maternal, and other demographics.

  •  They have a range of sessions between 8am and 8pm so that groups do not interrupt school life or work life.

  • Groups are no larger than 6-8 people

  • People in groups are matched with age, lived experience, and therapeutic needs in mind 

  • Safety and engagement are their top priorities

  • They are much less expensive than comparable IOP programs. 

  • Their data shows large success rates of decline in self harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and depression.

  • Sessions are 3 hours a day, 3 days a week (remember #2)

  • Intake and 1 therapy session are free to see if location is a good fit

  • All programing is also offered in Spanish
