These values guide FCNC's therapy techniques, local involvement, and/or session options.
FCNC offers both virtual and in-person sessions.
FCNC's services are trauma-informed and for adults 18+ who are located in NC during the session

FCNC assists clients in matching coping skills that work for them.
Education helps clients with skills that fit into every day life.
Coping skills decrease intensity & frequency of challenging symptoms and increase joy, balance, and sustainability.

Empowerment
When having a history of trauma or experiencing confusion about mental health, it can cause feelings of just trying to survive instead of experiencing joy and serenity.
FCNC is here to empower clients through the power of choice, knowledge, & healing.
Empowerment allows all of us not to be captive to our past, but rather it is part of our journey, not the definition of it. Living each day with steps of healing and balance.

If uninsured or have Medicaid/Medicare. I have limited slots for reduced cost sessions

If a client does not give a 24 hour notice, by 5pm the day before, for a scheduled appt., there is a $75 fee.

If your insurance is not processed through the Headway platform, payment is submitted via CashAp or Venmo so you can track your payments pre invoices.
