FCNC offers both virtual and in-person sessions.

Empowerment
When having a history of trauma or experiencing confusion about mental health, it can cause feelings of just trying to survive instead of experiencing joy and serenity.
FCNC is here to empower clients through the power of choice, knowledge, & healing.
Empowerment allows all of us not to be captive to our past, but rather it is part of our journey, not the definition of it. Living each day with steps of healing and balance.

Please Note, Therapist's Code of Ethics allows therapists to anyone "friend" or join their business Social Media page. Therapists cannot "friend" clients on their personal pages.​​​​​

Location
FCNC is not affiliated with any specific religion or spiritual practice. The practice is located in a religious building. This is for 3 reasons (1) Survey was taken of all clients to insure no triggering, all said it was fine. (2) A lot of therapists have offices in religious buildings due to it's a way to save money and not be in a commercial contract that raises every year. I also needed these savings to continue providing a variety of services. (3) It is close to downtown GSO that assists with services being more available to all. I appreciate your patience and understanding and know FCNC is a safe space to process all worldviews and heal from any trauma including religious trauma.

If a client does not give a 24 hour notice, by 5pm the day before, for a scheduled appt., there is a $75 fee.

If your insurance is not processed through the Headway platform, payment is submitted via CashAp or Venmo so you can track your payments pre invoices.
